I’m Abi Tweed, an experienced, ILM level 7 qualified executive coach, facilitator, organisational development consultant and philanthropic advisor.
Over the past 20 years, I have worked with CEOs, leaders and teams, helping them to improve their performance, achieve defined goals and realise their full potential, all underpinned by a healthy focus on well-being. I work across the public, commercial and third sectors, including housing, energy, heritage, arts, culture, philanthropy, government, health, environment and education.
Working virtually, in person and using walking coaching, I create a comfortable, safe space to enable you to feel at ease and unpick your situation. We will use various tools to help you gain a deeper understanding and self-awareness.
I established Milestone Tweed in 2009 and, working alongside my handpicked associates, we deliver organisational development advice and contracts for local and national corporates, charities and philanthropists.
I work with philanthropists and funders who want to make a social difference, to provide discreet, confidential and practical support. With my assistance, you will avoid ‘scattergun’ approaches, ensuring your philanthropy and grant-making make a sustained and tangible difference.
Based in Wales, with clients across the UK, please get in touch for a friendly chat to explore how I can help you.
